The importance of relationships cannot be overstated. We are surrounded by our relationships with friends, family, coworkers, and romantic partners. These relationships often bring great satisfaction into our lives but can also be a source of stress and uncertainty. I believe that therapy can be used to explore ourselves and determine what we want out of life. Examining the patterns and cycles that have prevented us from reaching our goals and full potential is essential to making change for the better.
I strive to create an environment in which you feel supported and secure to explore your authentic self without judgment. This is a space to examine those difficult parts of your life. I hope to work with you through this with acceptance and encouraging you to utilize your inner strength. You are the guide on this journey and it will require you to do work, but I will be alongside you.
I am interested in working with individuals, couples, and families and a wide range of issues including: anxiety, relationship stressors, communication issues, family cut-offs, and infidelity. I have completed Gottman Level 1 training in couple’s therapy.
