My goal is to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are, without judgment or pressure to be anyone else. Together, we’ll explore what’s getting in your way and find tools to help you move forward with clarity, confidence, and self-compassion. I offer a judgment-free spaced filled with acceptance, empathy, humor, and respect. A place where all parts of you are welcome.
My approach to therapy is collaborative and tailored to where you are on your journey. We’ll move at a pace that’s right for you as we work to understand the challenges in your life and explore their deeper roots. Through this process, you’ll gain insight, build resilience, and develop practical tools to create lasting change.
