I specialize in working with issues such as: anxiety, depression, self-harm, self-esteem issues, relational problems, and substance use issues. I like working with all couples, families, and individuals. My primary experience lies with women survivors of domestic violence, substance use issues and recovery, and trauma

I graduated from Valparaiso University with a masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am currently in my third year as a PhD student in Counselor Education and Supervision at Western Michigan University. I am also trained in the Gottman Method of Relationship Counseling. My goal is to create an empathetic and non-judgemental space where we collaboratively work towards your goals. I have a personal and professional commitment to serving and celebrating diversity.

As a Limited Licensed Professional Counselor at Meaningful Connection Counseling, PLC, I work under the supervision of Suzanne Meinke, MA, LPC, LMFT, CAADC. I work with children, adolescents and adults, whether individually, in couples work, or family issues. I hope to work with you towards greater self-discovery and growth.
