Welcome, and thank you for taking the first step in the journey of becoming the best version of you. Counseling is most importantly about the relationship between the clinician and the client. My goal is to offer you a safe and nonjudgmental space to explore any challenges you may be experiencing and to provide support for you in achieving your goals.

I am interested in working with individuals experiencing a variety of challenges. I specialize in working with adolescents, but am open to working with individuals of all ages (8+). I am honored to provide a supportive and inclusive space for members of LGBTQ+ community as well as those navigating a neurotypical world while neurodiverse.  I have experience with a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, anger management and trauma.
