I am committed to creating a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship with the individuals, couples and families I see. I believe in the power of therapy to be a catalyst for growth, to gain new perspectives for tackling challenges, and to improve dynamics between individuals and within families.

As a marriage and family therapist, I have training in family systems theory which guides my work will all clients. I use a strengths-based therapeutic approach and consider myself a partner in your quest for a less stressful, more fulfilling life. I am certified in cognitive behavioral therapy which integrates well with all interventions.

I have a great deal of experience working with those who are part of a school system (teachers, support staff, etc), and thoroughly enjoy working with this population.
