What we don't need in the midst of struggle is shame for being human.

Warmest welcome! First let me commend you for reaching out for help; it takes a lot of courage to be vulnerable. You’re a resourceful person to have been able to bare the degree of stress you have this long and not fall apart. As a therapist, my responsibility, pledge, and honor is to serve in the capacity of “helper”. Life is a journey; at times we find ourselves needing a map with a real-life guide to find our way back to our original path or forge a new one. You are deserving of having a voice that is heard in a compassionate, safe, and judgement free space while working through your healing journey.
I am a graduate of Western Michigan University with my Master’s degree in Social Work with a heavy concentration on addiction studies. I work to empower individuals to design a life that aligns with their personal goals and values. Use of empathy, transparency, humor, and respect helps put people at ease; helping support you on your path towards healing, recovery and growth.
I strive to consistently challenge myself and enjoy working with individuals from all backgrounds, ages, and ethnicities. I specialize in: Stress, Anxiety, Substance abuse assessments and treatment of substance use disorders, Trauma and abuse, Mood disorders and management, Relationship and Intimacy-related issues, and Depression.
